POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for monitoring clients of the residential facility to insure client safety and the integrity of the program; assisting with the tasks of daily living; facilitating recreational activities; and completing clinical/facility documentation.

Work Location and Standard Work Hours

• TCN Behavioral Health Services, Supportive Housing Fairborn, Ohio
• Shift differential will be paid for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Some evenings and weekends may be required

Primary Responsibilities

• Monitoring consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
• Ensure client safety and program integrity for a secure environment.
• Assist with daily living tasks
• Recreational activities
• Clinical/facility documentation. 

Education, Certifications, and/or Experience

• High School Diploma

Education Certifications, and/or Experience

• Experience with Severe and Persistent Mentally Ill (SPMI) clients in a residential setting is a plus. 
• Computer Experience
• CPR/First Aid Certifications, De-escalation- TCN will provide upon hire
