Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, challenges, and strengths.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, outlining goals and strategies for promoting their mental health and well-being.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, counseling, and psychoeducation to individuals, helping them develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and enhance their overall functioning.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans.

Education, Certifications, and/or Experience

  • At minimum associates degree in human/social service field required.
  • At least 3 years working with severe and persistent mentally ill population.
  • Competencies for serving the SPMI population.
