Primary Responsibilities

• Responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner while providing a high level of customer service
• Provides general and required maintenance to TCN facilities
• Assists with ensuring safe and well-maintained facilities that provide dignity and respect to all clients
• Available to work flexible schedule due to inclement weather and business demands
• Responds to alarm disturbances during non-business hours
• Travel to TCN locations is required; vehicle is provided and driver's license must be in good standing

Required Education, Certifications, and/or Experience

• Education:  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:  General experience in maintenance, janitorial, HVAC, customer service
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured by TCN
